Exclamation Incorrect processing of the keystrokes - solved with the next release?

The following issiues concern all about problems with the processing of the keystrokes.

http://www.nexusdb.com/mantis/view.php?id=891 (AltGr) submitted 2011-03-04
http://www.nexusdb.com/mantis/view.php?id=736 (NumLock) submitted 2010-10-14
http://www.nexusdb.com/mantis/view.php?id=1098 (Shift+Tab) submitted 2011-06-24

These errors were all sufficiently tested and confirmed. In accordance with statement by Eivind (issiue 891) you work on changing from FormKeyDown to use the raw input APIs.

Will this be fixed with the next version 3.71, when can I count on a solution?
Correct keyboard processing is one of the main features of a remote control solution, isn't it?

I'm not 100% certain it will be in the next incremental version. It
will come as soon as we have a well-working implementation that is also
backward compatible.

Default 3.72 still 0%

How is the status of 3.72? Will the problems with the processing of the keystrokes be solved in 3.72?

Which approximate release date is expected?

Thank you for a short statement.

We'll go over as many outstanding issues as we can.

I'd like it to be out by the end of february, but not promising any
date, that only comes back to bite us.

Thumbs down 3.72 at 7%

I understand that this constant questioning is annoying, but slowly I have serious doubts. Concering Nexus Portal, I don't see any progress from your side.

The first issues relating to incorrect processing of the keystrokes I reported in october 2010!! Even the file transfer problems are unresolved since a long time.

I'm seriously thinking not to renew the license until the problems are resolved satisfactorily.

What are your plans, as obligatorily as possible?

Its taken a little more time than hoped to get up to speed, but I've
just started knocking over issues. Work is in progress.

People here are also ready to through in the towel and move on to some other product due the problems with product. Unfortunate but we've got a business to run and our own customers to serve. Please put more effort into correcting the issues with the product.

Thanks for listening.

That's why i didn't renew my subscription. They got the product and they
don't update it! The updates are taking too long making the
subscriptions useless! (paying for nothing)

It's a same for the class of Nexus company!

my two cents!

Stopped me from buying it in the first place. I would like to use it as
it would save quite a lot of money compared to what we are using now!
