ANN: 2.06 BETA server - 2.0596

Please NOTE: 2.06 is getting very close to release. If you wish to ensure
your applications work with the latest release, make sure to download this
server and run your regressiontests.

Also NOTE: if you are using the previous beta servers, you need to update
because its license key expires on the 1st of September.

More fixes for the latest regression issues. Please, if you have time, give
it a quick spin with your queries, and keep in mind that the more feedback
we get, the quicker we may get to eventual release.
