Hi,
I noticed that a file converted from FF2 using "extended" fields all had the decimal places set at "2" after the conversion. In this particular table that is correct. Does the FF2NX converter adjust the decimal places to the maximum used in the original FF2 file. In which case it could produce problems at a later date. Regards, Roy |

It uses the setting of the decimal places as used in FF. But I know no Delphi control which uses this property as it only a preference for the value display, and Delphi controls normally use EditMasks which includes the definition of decimal places used.
