ODBC Comments

Hi,

-When building the Connection String it is not possible to specify "initial
catalog to use:" (My dropdown list is empty)
-It would be nice if the provider eg. "OLEDB Provider for NexusDB" showed
up in the list of "OLE DB Providers".
