Default ODBC driver licensing

Just for clarification: it says on the website that "Drivers pack are
the ODBC and DBExpress drivers and is royalty free. Deploy it as often
as you want.". This means that my customers - who are using my NexusDB
application can install the ODBC drivers at will, not that each
purchaser can distribute only within their organization, yes?

yes, as long as they get the driver TOGETHER with your app. It's not allowed to
just distribute the ODBC driver alone.

That's what I was looking for. This is far easier to track than the
old FlashFiler 250 users per license version!

We had this too first with 500 users, but dropped it as we figured that there
won't be many customers who ever reach this limit and that it's just a pain for
them to keep count.

I have a doubt about DriversPack licence yet.
Is clear I can distribuite ODBC driver to customers that use my
applications (limit 500); is this true also for DbExpress drivers?
No mention on license text.

I guess we should update the license text then! :-)

Yes, same rule applies for both drivers.

Just to make sure I express myself clearly: What Hannes said about no limit
on distributing drivers with your application, is valid for both ODBC and
dbExpress drivers.
