V2 Bin files

Just a quick question or two...

In the C:\Program files\NexusDB2\Bin subdirectory there are three text
files, "replace1.txt, replace2.txt, replace3.txt" with file dates of
08/07/2003, 08/27/2003 and 08/08/2003 respectively.

Since the NexusDB directory structure wasn't built until 2005 I was
wondering what those files might be. Are they required? Or can they be
blown away?

IIRC, they are used by the source converter, at least that was for NX1. They
are not needed for the server or EM at all.

They aren't large, I think I'll just leave them alone. (If it ain't
