0000310: ESC should not close SQL window

Description

Currently, one may spend considerable time writing a query, testing it etc, then press escape, and without a warning, EM wipes it out.

(1) As best as I can see there is no defined shourcut on any menus for the Escape key, can certainly there is no obvious "Close" button on which it may be operating.
(2) It is not a standard key press for closing an MDI window - Stick with Ctrl-F4 and leave Escape for actrions such as closing the current combo box or acting on a button which is the "cancel" button.
(3) Even if you are hell-bent on using Escape, please put in a prompt so work is not lost without warning.
