Summary

0000564: No error is returned when starting gateway on port thats already busy

Description

eg, set up gateway to run on port 80, then start skype (which by default takes port 80), or a web server, then start gateway. No error is reported; it looks like the gateway sucessfully started, but actually it didnt, because no hosts will be connecting.

stop skype or whatever else uses the port, stop and restart gateway, and hosts will connect again.

v.3.43 would show an error in the status box at the bottom in this case.
