International character problem

The other text is utf-8 encoded?

The Page has in HTML5 Builder the encoding property set to utf-8
Is there some more I have to do
Language is set to default but the result is the same if I put it to Swedish

After following the suggestions in the article all is working fine.
But one can think that such a product as HTML5 Builder should have made this a little bit simpler. This is not what You expect after working with the Delphi interface
