Default How to do this?

I am trying to create a little program in my development Vm that will
log a host into a gateway on the "host computer of the VM'.

I drop an RTChttpportalclient, rtcPdesktophost and rtcpdesktopcontrol
on the form, hook them up.

I put in the virtual address of the gateway, which I can ping from the
VM, and I put in a username.

In the form onshow event I set the rtchttpportalclient.active to true.

I do not get connected. what else am I missing?

thanks,

Hm, not sure straight out of my head. Did you try the simplehost project,
which is designed as pretty much the simplest possible host?

I built the projects and re-installed and now everything is there....

The simple host runs and now my sample program runs...

What nifty things you have added to the portal system.

I love the leave message on the user screen ....

It is apparent now that I only have to add two components to my programs
in order to have remotely controlled support. The user can click on a
menu support item and automatically log in to my gateway... My
controller can then see the user and take over ...

What a great product!!!!!!!
