ANN: updated report engine dll avail on website

This version looks in the .exe directory for a file named Dictionary.frf and
uses that if it exists. If not, it defaults to the compiled-in Letter format
report. Rename the appropriate file for your system (see zip contents).

Thanks, had a real great time. "Cool" depends on the eye of the beholder I'd
say. We were in Paris, Geneva, Lausanne, Interlaken, Zurich, Innsbruck,
Vienna, Venice, Milan, Florence and Rome. That includes sight seeing,
shopping, mountain climbing, theme parks, relaxing, family time, ... well I'm
pretty sure most of the cool things one can think of are covered
