Source Server smaller that Current Binary Release

Hi

I'm adding the messaging add plugin to the source for nxServer as per the
readme. Once compiled all seems to work fine but the newly compiled server
is almost 1mb smaller than the release on the website. I assume that the
source is from an older code base and hence I wonder what I am missing (and
I guess there's a lot of it for 1mb) and what side efects might I see?

The public binaries are compiled with exception stack trace logging.
