Default Urgent - Problems with the ActiveRuntime property in Builder 5

Hi !

We're having a problem with the ActiveRuntime property. Whether we set it at
Designtime or Runtime, it gives us this message:

"Project xxx raised exception class EnxFileHeaderAccessException with
message "NexusDb: No file header access factories have been registred. You
may need to include nx1xAllEngines in your USES Clause.[$3C36/15414].

We've included this line in the file's header
#include "nx1xAllEngines.hpp"

and the directory for the HPP files are in the "include directory".

Any help on this matter are greatly appreciated.

TIA

Best wishes

Hi Torstein,

I'm not an expert but try

#pragma link "nx1xAllEngines" instead.

Maybe this should be in the faq newsgroup Hannes, or as a side note in the
Nexus Manual?

I found this "problem" also last friday, testing an embedded server app.

Problem:

In BCB, developing an Embedded Server App, I got a "NexusDb: No file header
access factories have been registred. You
may need to include nx1xAllEngines in your USES Clause.[$3C36/15414]."

Solution:

Add to the project source, or one of the cpp files of your project, the
following line:
#pragma link "nx1xAllEngines"

Alternatively, you can add this OBJ directly to the Project, using the
Project Manager.
