Default ODBC Problem with Microsoft Word 2003

Hi all,

I submitted a support request last year about this time for the ODBC driver
and it still doesn't seem to do what I need.

Basically I need the ODBC driver to work with Microsoft Office 2003 Service
Pack 2 (Word, Excel, Access and Publisher). I am using the Northwind
database as created by the sample northwind.sql file as my reference
database.

Excel - All tests that I did seem to work ok ( for basic usage anyway )

Word/Publisher - MAJOR ISSUES WITH MAIL MERGE (Crashes App (either during
merge or on close) OR doesn't goto next record - displays record 1 on all
cells (for example when creating labels), sometimes word says it lost
connection to data source) --- VERY IMPORTANT TO BE FIXED

Access - Imports OK, Can Link Tables to Employees but not to Customers...
Why?

Also, how do I make ODBC like tests not case sensitive. e.g. CompanyName
LIKE 'b%' returns Bob and bob.

I'm, just investigating the issues. Stay tuned, a new driver is due shortly
after 2.06 release.
