You are not supposed to get any other components in the toolbox.

The NexusDB ADO.NET provider, like all other properly implemented ADO.NET 2.0
providers, integrates correctly into the way how VS 2008 handles DB access,
which is the Server Explorer.

In the context menu of the Data Connections node you should find an "Add
Connection..." and in the "Choose Data Source" dialog you should then be able
to select NexusDB.

Once you've setup the connection you should be able to see the tables in the
Server Explorer and drag'n'drop them into the designer.

All that is not specific to NexusDB. That's how DB access works in .NET 2.0 and
later.

Default Visual Studio 2008 Installation

I just purchased the ADO.NET provider and when I install it in VS 2008, I
only get nxCommand and nxDataAdapter in the toolbox. No other components
appear. Any ideas?

Hi,
The documentation on the Website describes other components :
-nxConnection
-nxDataGrid
-nxDbNavigator

I saw that on
http://www.nexusdb.com/support/index...providerto.htm

Was it in a previous version?

This was for v1 (for .NET 1.x) before microsoft introduced the database
agnostic provider factory system in .NET 2.0

For .NET 2.0 and later (as supported by the ADO.NET provider V2) there is no
need for such specific components anymore.
