License Agreement for NexusDB Connectors/Drivers

(1) NexusDB Pty Ltd authorizes you to make archival copies of this software 
for the sole purpose of back-up and protecting your investment from loss. 
Under no circumstances may you copy this software or documentation for the 
purposes of unauthorized distribution to others. Under no conditions may you 
remove the copyright notices made part of the software or documentation.

(2) You may install this driver/connector within your company or organization
as often as necessary.

(3) Redistributable components. In addition to the rights stated above, 
NexusDB Pty Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and royalty-free right 
to distribute the files included in this : 

  "nexusdb.dll" 
  "php_nexus.dll"
  "php_pdo_nexus.dll"

provided you adhere to the following terms 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3:

(3.1) You do not resell, rent, lease or distribute this software alone. 
You must distribute the redistributables only in conjunction with and as a 
part of a software application developed by you that adds significant and 
primary functionality to this software and that is developed with the 
potential to operate with NexusDB Server or standalone database. This 
software may only be used as part of, and in connection with, the bundled 
application. Your end user must not distribute the redistributables.

(3.2) You must hold an additional distribution license for NexusDB Server. 
This license is implicitely included in a variety of NexusDB products 
(for example the NexusDB Developer SRC/DCU editions). Please check your 
licensing for this requirement.

(3.3) A valid copyright notice must be provided with the user documentation,
start-up screen, or About Box that specifies NexusDB Pty Ltd as the legal 
copyright owner for this software. For example, "Database technology provided 
in this product is copyrighted by NexusDB Pty Ltd."

(4) This software and documentation are licensed, not sold, to you. Under no
conditions may you remove the copyright notices made part of the software or
documentation. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or
otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form.

(5) You may not rent or lease the software. You are free, however, to use and
distribute the example code provided with this software as you see fit.

(6) NexusDB Pty Ltd warrants that the software will function as described in 
this documentation for a period of 60 days from receipt. If you encounter a 
bug or deficiency, we will require a problem report detailed enough to allow 
us to find and fix the problem. If you properly notify us of such a software 
problem within the warranty period, NexusDB Pty Ltd will update the defective 
software at no cost to you.

(7) NexusDB Pty Ltd further warrants that the purchaser will remain fully 
satisfied with the product for a period of 60 days from receipt. If you are 
dissatisfied for any reason, and NexusDB Pty Ltd cannot correct the problem, 
contact the party from whom the software was purchased for a return 
authorization. If you purchased the product directly from NexusDB Pty Ltd, 
we will refund the full purchase price of the software. NexusDB Pty Ltd 
honours returns from authorized dealers, but cannot offer refunds directly to 
anyone who did not purchase a product directly from us.

(8) NEXUSDB PTY LTD DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THEIR 
PRODUCTS BEYOND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT WILL
NEXUSDB PTY LTD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST 
PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING 
OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THESE PROGRAMS, EVEN IF NEXUSDB PTY LTD
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

(9) All NexusDB product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of 
NexusDB Pty Ltd. Other brand and product names are trademarks or registered 
trademarks of their respective holders.
