NexusDB

Replication is currently in Beta testing, and does not yet include ready made executables. The following are instructions on compiling the required executables from the NexusDB source code. For instructions on how to set up Replication with the produced executables, see the documentation in \Documentation\NexusDB Transaction Replication Setup.pdf

Open the \Replication\Replication.groupproj project group, and do Build All. By default, the applications are compiled to console applications, giving you visual feedback when they run. Once you have got the applications running and replication set up, you can change DEFINEs to compile as Windows Services (see top of the DPR files for defines).

There are 3 applications:

nxReplicationTransfer - transfers replication log files across a network via the winsock transport

nxReplicationDashboard - Replication configuration and statistics

nxReplicationReader - Writes transaction logs to backup database
