Purpose

One Event Log Dispatcher can be connected to multiple other ...EventLog... components. You could hook the usual Tnx... database chain components to an event log dispatcher via the usual EventLog property, and connect both a WinEventLog and a EventBasedLog component to the dispatcher, to both log events to the windows system log and to have custom responses to certain errors.
